How much do your services cost?

Do you offer long-term options for regular presentation design services?

Yes, we love long-term partnerships! We offer special discounts for long-term contracts (3 months or more). You can agree on a set number of slides or hours per month, and you’ll be billed monthly with a retainer fee at the end of the billing cycle. Can I schedule a meeting before committing to your services?

How fast can I get my presentation?

We typically deliver projects within 48 hours (2 business days), and often, we aim to provide a first draft within 24 hours. However, timelines can vary depending on the complexity of the project. We’ll give you a precise timeline after reviewing your request.

How many revisions do I get?

You get unlimited revisions on a fair-use basis. This means that while you can request as many revisions as needed to perfect the project, the revisions should be reasonable and within the scope of the original project. This ensures that the process remains efficient and that requests don’t extend beyond the agreed-upon work or timeframe.

Are my business secrets secure with you?

Absolutely. All our team members adhere to strict NDAs, and we also offer the option to sign a customized NDA at the start of every contract to ensure your confidential information is fully protected.

Do you work on small, single projects? Is there a minimum project value?

Yes, we do! There is no minimum project value, so feel free to reach out to us regardless of the project size.

When and how do I pay?

You can choose to pay via card through our website using a payment link, or via wire transfer to our bank account. Payment is due upon project completion, but for larger projects, we may ask for a small deposit (up to 20%) or for card authorization before starting.
