You can estimate the price by filling out our general form or the corresponding form for each of the services: Presentation Design, Custom Templates, Subscriptions. Simply select a plan, and enter the number of slides, delivery speed and the number of revisions. The system will automatically estimate the cost of the service. On these pages, you can immediately submit a service request. Our team will review the request and send you a non-binding offer. The offer may differ from the estimated one in certain cases (not so often and it is usually within +/-10% range).

By sending a request for an offer, the user expresses his intention to use our services. Our team will review the request and send an offer via email and the client portal for which the user will receive access data. The deal is considered concluded and the user becomes our client only when he or she accepts the offer through our private and secure client portal. From that moment, the agreed delivery dates start to run.

Yes, if you want to use the presentation design service, you can use this form to request one free slide. The condition is that your presentation contains at least 10 slides. This is only possible with the presentation design service and is currently not possible for our other services (custom templates, for example).

The speed of delivery depends on which option you selected when submitting your request. In general, a shorter delivery time means a higher price. We usually finish most presentations within 3 business days (often much faster). However, some presentations require a greater commitment due to their scope, and if we estimate that we will not be able to meet the deadline you requested, we will propose a new, more realistic one.

Unlike many of our competitors who reserve the entire amount already at the beginning of the job. Our company applies payment terms on a case-by-case basis. For projects worth up to $500, we usually do not require upfront payment from the client.

In general, we apply the following payment principle:

• For projects worth up to $499 – 0-10% advance payment.
• For projects worth $500-999 – 20% advance payment.
• For projects worth $1000 – $1999 – 30% advance payment.
• For projects worth over $2000 – 40% advance payment.

The rest of the amount is paid after you approve the final version of the document.

The exception is our subscription plans, which are paid 100% in advance but thanks to which you can save up to 50%.

Yes, although there maybe is no need. All our employees have strict NDA contracts and are obliged to keep all trade secrets, documents and presentations they get access to. If you would like to sign an additional NDA, we will be happy to do so. It is enough to get in touch with us before sending the request at info@slideograph.com
